$10 Reservation Deposit

Your $10 deposit reserves your spot for Founder Pricing ($499, saving $300 off the $799 retail price). This is a refundable reservation, not a final purchase.

  • Your $10 is fully refundable at any time before you complete your full payment
  • The deposit will be credited toward your final purchase — you pay $489 remaining at checkout
  • No questions asked — cancel anytime before final checkout

How to cancel & get a refund:

  2. Refund processed within 5 business days to your original payment method

This is not a crowdfunding pledge — it's a risk-free reservation that locks in your price.

Crowdfunding (Kickstarter) Refund Policy

Before the Campaign Ends

  • You can cancel or modify your pledge at any time via Kickstarter's self-service (before the final 24 hours)
  • No charge is made until the campaign successfully funds
  • If the project doesn't reach its funding goal, no one is charged

After Successful Funding

  • Before shipment: You may request a full refund at any time. Contact support@mondorobotics.com
  • After shipment: Standard retail return policy applies (see below)

Return & Refund Policy

15-Day Return Window

We want you to love Beni. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your Beni within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Beni must be unused and unactivated (fewer than 5 power-on cycles)
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Item must be in its original condition, free of damage or modification

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@mondorobotics.com with your order number
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Ship the item back to our designated return address

Return shipping:

  • Change-of-mind returns: shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility
  • Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in full

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

Activated Products

Products that have been activated (5+ power-on cycles) are not eligible for returns.

Warranty Policy

12-Month Limited Warranty

Every Beni is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of activation (first power-on). We stand behind the quality of our engineering.

What's covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use
  • Firmware issues caused by factory software

What's not covered:

  • Damage from drops, impacts, collisions, or misuse
  • Water damage (submersion or heavy rain exposure)
  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or third-party repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, wheel tread wear)
  • Lost or stolen units
  • Damage caused by use outside of product specifications

How Warranty Service Works

  1. Contact us: Email support@mondorobotics.com with a description of the issue, photos/video, and your order number
  2. Repair or Replace: If a hardware defect is confirmed:
    • We ship a replacement unit or part at no cost
    • We provide a prepaid return label (shipping covered by Mondo for confirmed defects)
