When will Beni ship?
Shipments begin fall 2026. Assembly starts in September, with deliveries rolling out through October. Production updates are shared regularly - you'll always know exactly where things stand.
How long does the battery last?
Around 1 hour 45 minutes of continuous use on a single charge. The battery is user-replaceable, so you can swap in a fresh one and keep going.
What surfaces can Beni handle?
Grass, gravel, park trails, stone steps, curbs, fallen leaves - real outdoor terrain. Beni reads the ground and adapts automatically. A good rule of thumb: anywhere you'd comfortably ride a skateboard.
How does tracking work?
Beni uses AI-powered visual tracking. Tap "follow" and he locks onto you - no remote, no beacon, no GPS watch needed. If he briefly loses line of sight, he predicts where you'll reappear. If fully lost, he stops safely and waits.
What if Beni falls over?
He gets right back up on his own. The self-recovery system has been tested thousands of times against real-world impacts - bumps, crashes, curious dogs, and enthusiastic toddlers included.
What's the camera quality?
4K at 30fps, 3K at 60fps, and 1080p at 100fps for slow motion. Image quality is on par with a flagship smartphone, with built-in stabilization and horizon leveling.
Is my footage private?
Yes. All footage is stored locally on-device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to. No account is required for basic filming.
Can I bring Beni on a plane?
Yes. The battery is aviation-certified, and at 3.5 lbs, Beni fits easily in any backpack.
Is this a real product or a prototype?
